Shipping policy

We ship on Friday, Saturday and Monday.  You will receive a shipment notification as soon as the label is created.  Note that receiving this notice is not an indication of actual shipment.  Check the shipping company website often to verify delivery date.  All packages are insured and if shipping delays cause damages to the package, we can process a refund from the shipping company.  Note we will need picture evidence of damaged in transit packages.  

Should you require shipping to occur on days other than Friday, Saturday or Monday or need expedited shipping, please email bandbtropicalplants@gmail.com with your order number and request for a quote on shipping costs.
