A tried and true philodendron with wonderful green and beige foliage.  It is easy to care for, beautiful and low maintenance all in one plant.  Originally native to Brazil, it is easy to adapt to northern climates.  Grow indoors in a bright area of your home.  Water only when the top couple inches of soil is dry. Keep away from heating or air conditioning drafts. This is a trailing plant, that would make any desk or spot in your home pop with its bright green and cream foliage or place it in a hanging basket.
